What is the Habitat ReStore?

The Habitat ReStores are retail stores open to the public. We accept donations of new and used building supplies and resell them to the public at discount prices.  All proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Dane county to build affordable housing for low income families.

Do you have sales?

To get updates on sales and inventory, like us on Facebook, Twitter, or subscribe to out once a month newsletter on our home page. We love to give you a great deal at the Restore. Many of our items are priced at 75% off retail price. We also have new sales every month on a new tag color and surplus inventory categories like cabinets, lighting, sinks, flooring and more. You never know what you’ll find at the ReStore.

What are your store policies?

All items are sold on a first come first serve basis and all sales are final (appliances have a 14 return policy). We can not hold an item until you pay for it. After you purchase an item we will hold it for up to seven days.

What do you sell at the ReStore?

Below you will find items we typically have at the Habitat Restores. If you have an item to donate, check out our complete 2014 List of Accepted Materials. Between our East and West ReStores, we have over 22,000 sq/ft of inventory that changes daily. Make sure to check back often because the best inventory comes and goes FAST.
